Three years ago, Hearts In Mission was birthed from the vision of Chix Ministries (est. 2016) —what started as women helping women soon expanded into people helping people. Through community outreach, local events, and essential services, we saw lives transformed and needs met.
In November 2024, our Houston region was officially added, led by Christine Marzolla, who has ministered alongside Susan in past years. The Houston Team is busy forming new Tribes and community partnerships. We can’t wait to see what God has in store for this region.

Our 3C Strategy fuels a dynamic Kingdom growth cycle, meeting people at their point of need and guiding them to next steps. For some, it begins with an introduction to the Gospel or cultivating their identity in Christ. For others, it means connecting them to Kingdom partners for trauma recovery, addiction support, or essential wellness resources. And for those ready, we equip and commission them to step into their Kingdom identity and make an impact—from Seed to Sending.

Our Regional Tribes are one of the best ways we cultivate Disciples who make Disciples. We GATHER monthly or bi-monthly, both online and in person, to GROW and build each other up in Kingdom Identity, Purpose, and Power, and we GO together as Ambassadores of Christ on mission to fulfill the Great Commision in the Heart of Isaiah 61.
