STRATEGIC VULNERABILITIES:
As a Bootcamp Instructor in the Army of God, you are a trainer, discipler, and equipper—charged with strengthening and preparing others for Kingdom service. You thrive on teaching, guiding, and pushing people beyond their perceived limits to walk in their God-given authority.
However, training others in the faith can be dangerous if it becomes a work of the flesh rather than a work of the Spirit. If you rely on knowledge, experience, or intensity rather than the Spirit’s leading, you may create “trained soldiers” who know how to fight but lack the heart connection to their Commander-in-Chief. Below are areas to guard against, ensuring you train others under God’s authority, not just your own strength.
Knowledge vs. Application
Don’t just teach—help people live it..
Truth vs. Love
Speak firmly but with grace.
Preparation vs. Dependence
Study deeply but rely on the Spirit..
Teaching vs. Living
Let your life match your words.
FINAL ENCOURAGEMENT:
A Kingdom Bootcamp Instructor is called to train warriors for battle, but your greatest success will not come from what you teach—it will come from how well you model intimacy with Christ. Your role is not to make people dependent on their training, but to make them dependent on Jesus, the Author and Perfecter of their faith (Hebrews 12:2).
🚀 "He trains my hands for battle; my arms can bend a bow of bronze." (Psalm 18:34) ⚔️🔥
